Elizabeth Berry

Growing up in upstate New York helped me find my passion for writing, mainly because there wasn’t much else to do there. After receiving my Bachelor’s degree, I was ready to make writing my career and was hired as a producer at a local television station. Six years later I moved to Jacksonville, FL and continued my career in broadcast journalism. Today I write and produce corporate social media content. Aside from writing, I love reading, playing my violin, running, boxing and cooking. I am married and have two cats and a dog. As an animal lover, the mere thought of anyone using our loveable furry friends, specifically cats, as “windshield wipers” makes me want to scream and cry. A special thank you to my colleague Aaron Peterson for publishing my work and making me feel like part of the HO team. I know I speak the truth when I say, Aaron would never use cats as windshield wipers.
