RIP Tony Scott

We normally use Facebook and Twitter for any news items and keep the website strictly for the Podcast, but Tony Scott is a director that receives very little credit for his works.  Scott is the lesser known of the Scott brothers, Ridley is the big fish, but Scott has had a strong career of his own.  Top Gun, Beverly Hills Cop 2, Last Boy Scout, Crimson Tide, Man on Fire, Unstoppable – and MANY more, the guy made movies for fans of movies, not critics.  Apparently Scott killed himself and that is tragic, but for this one time, as film lovers, let’s give the guy his due.

Thank you, Tony.  For they years of entertaining films, the stars you created and the many more years we’ll have to enjoy those films thanks to you.  Your work will be missed.  RIP.
