On this week’s Hollywood Outsider, there are 2 movies we can’t wait to see that we get to talk about. The Expendables 3 and No Good Deed.
The first is the latest in the testosterone fueled sequel The Expendables 3! How many action stars can you cram into one movie? About 96, apparently. That wacky Mel Gibson joins the established cast (also Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas and The Harrison Ford) as Barney and Company fend off his evil plans. This looks like the best of the three films already and the action seems to be amping up for the supposed ‘final’ installment.
We also have Idris Elba playing a psychopath in No Good Deed. How refreshing is it that one of the strongest actors working today is going full-on villain in his latest outing? The story looks a little cliche, but strong acting will always trump cliches, and from the looks of it: We could be in store for a treat!
